We are searching for a strategic benefits professional who can take our current program to the next level.
Position Summary
The Benefits Director will lead the administration of our health & welfare benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, life, AD&D, flexible spending, 401(k), etc.) and will provide comparative benefit analyses, cost containment strategies and creating new benefit initiatives.
Core Competencies
To qualify you must possess a bachelor's degree and 10-12 years benefits administration experience, be a proactive, strategic thinking with the ability to get things done, possess detailed knowledge on self-funded healthcare plans, regulatory compliance, wellness strategies, vendor negotiations, disability and leave management and have managed programs for over 1,000+ employees. Additionally, prior experience with M&A activity, ADP WFN, ERISA & ACA compliance (recordkeeping and reporting) and self-billing (MetLife) would be preferred.
